Kim A. Howarth is a shareholder, vice president and secretary of Godfrey, Leibsle, Blackbourn & Howarth, S.C. Kim joined the firm shortly after earning his law degree from the University of Wisconsin in 1980. Kim earned his B.B.A., summa cum laude, from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in 1977.

Kim's law practice concentrates on business, commercial, construction, and creditors rights law, including business organizations, condominium associations, and municipalities. Kim frequently speaks to business groups on the many issues that confront privately owned companies, and is an instructor for dwelling contractor certification classes. Beyond the needs of business, Kim represents and speaks frequently to homeowner and condominium associations. Kim's focus as an attorney is to first identify the best interest of the client and then assemble the best team to serve that client's needs.

Kim is licensed to practice in all courts in the State of Wisconsin, including the Federal District Court, Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.

Kim is currently serving a three-year term on the Walworth County Economic Development Alliance, and was previously its President. He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and the Walworth County Bar Association.
