Robert C. Leibsle, Marquette (JD,1972)
Robert C. Leibsle is the senior member of Godfrey, Leibsle, Blackbourn & Howarth, S.C. Bob joined the Godfrey Law Firm in 1973 shortly after earning his law degree from Marquette University Law School. Bob has since spent the last 3 decades facilitating the growth of the Godfrey Law Firm into an integral part of the business and real estate community of Southern Wisconsin as well as developing a reputation as a respected attorney throughout Wisconsin and the Midwest.
 
Mr.Leibsle's law practice concentrates in real estate, business and environmental law focusing on commercial and residential real estate development and transactions. Bob has worked on numerous condominium and real estate developments, including conservation and environmentally sensitive subdivisions. Bob has also worked on a number of commercial developments for nationally known stores, dealing with annexation, zoning/environmental and related municipal and governmental issues. Bob's experience also includes over 15 years as a Municipal Attorney for various Villages, Towns and Sanitary Districts dealing with all types of matters, including zoning and platting issues, annexation issues, tax incremental financing (TIF) issues and other general municipal issues.
 
Bob has been selected by his peers for inclusion in the prestigious The Best Lawyers in America 2000 - 2009, as well as being named by Wisconsin Super Lawyers® magazine as one of the top attorneys in Wisconsin for 2006 - 2008 and as published in the 2006 and 2007 December issues of the Milwaukee Magazine.
 
Bob continues to be an active member of the State Bar of Wisconsin and American Bar Association where his contributions are frequently recognized in legal publications and continuing education lectures. Bob co-authored the Consumer Guide to Wisconsin Law and has authored articles for the Wisconsin Lawyer Magazine. Bob was also previously elected to a term on the Board of Governors of the State Bar as well as Chair of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Wisconsin State Bar.

Lisle W. Blackbourn

Lisle W. Blackbourn is the President and Managing Partner of Godfrey, Leibsle, Blackbourn & Howarth, S.C., and chairs the firm's litigation division. Lisle earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 1982, where he was a member of the Marquette Law Review.
 
Lisle has developed a comprehensive civil trial practice, concentrating in complex business, corporate, and land use litigation, along with extensive experience in plaintiffs' personal injury matters. Lisle has achieved successful results for many clients, large and small, commercial and individual, and has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Lisle's recent experiences include representing a corporation in unfair trade practices and trade secret litigation against a marketplace competitor; representing individual shareholders regarding breach of a stock redemption agreement; representing a municipality with regard to land use, zoning, and constitutional law damage claims; representing landowners in the enforcement of restrictive covenants; representing corporations and individuals in professional services malpractice claims; and representing individuals and families victimized by personal injury resulting from negligent conduct.

Michael J. Frazier

Mr. Frazier was admitted to practice in Illinois in 1994 and to the State Bar of Wisconsin in 1998. Mr. Frazier served on the editorial staff of the Chicago-Kent Law Review and was admitted to the Order of the Coif. He focuses his practice in civil litigation and employment law. He has represented clients in Illinois and Wisconsin courts, as well as federal courts across the country and in administrative hearings and investigations.

Ms. Spring was elected Taylor County District Attorney in 1998 and served as that county's sole prosecutor for four years. Ms. Spring's practice is currently concentrated in civil, business, and personal injury litigation.
