Fatal car accident: 18-year-old charged in Wisconsin

In Wisconsin an 18-year-old male was recently charged with homicide for his role as the driver in a fatal car accident. The teenager was said to be driving with four other passengers in the car. All four passengers died in the Feb. 18 crash. It is unknown exactly how the car accident happened, but witnesses state they saw the car speeding and being driven recklessly. The car was found overturned at the intersection of Lacy and Syene roads in Madison.

Wisconsin head-on hit-and-run car accident leaves 2 injured

In the early morning of May 13, a 911 call was made regarding a head-on car collision in Wisconsin. Two vehicles were reported to be involved in the car accident, which took place in the Town of Leola. Two individuals in one of the involved vehicles were injured, while the driver of the other vehicle fled the scene.

Wisconsin golf cart accident injures passenger, driver convicted on charges

An interesting case has concluded in Wisconsin. A court has recently ruled that a man who was driving a golf cart inside a gated community while drunk and was involved in an accident could be convicted of charges of operating while intoxicated. The man had crashed into a tree while driving the cart, injuring himself and his passenger. The accident eventually led to two criminal convictions.

Wisconsin couple wins medical malpractice suit

A Wisconsin couple has won a medical malpractice battle and has been awarded damages. The couple believes that the physician involved in the case improperly diagnosed the man with Bell 's palsy and did not inform them that a diagnostic test was available to rule out any stroke possibility.
